What does taste really mean? A memory? An emotion? A scent? Or that feeling of indulgence that takes us back in time, to our parents and grandparents.
At Baguette, we define taste as a unique, personal energy through which we feel and love every moment in time.
We invite you to discover the “Baguette — Boulangerie Contemporaine” concept, our interpretation of what we believe modern bakery and pâtisserie should be.
We wanted every Baguette product to respect, first and foremost, the health of each of us.
We chose heritage wheat varieties, grown by artisan farmers and milled on a stone mill.
Mineral water, sea salt, fresh butter and farm eggs complete the range of noble ingredients.
We knead our doughs following an age-old method based on sourdough and slow fermentation.
Only this way could we create living, organic specialties, full of nutrients, vitamins and microbiotics.
The day's selection — boulangerie, pâtisserie and kitchen, all made the artisan way.
